It was not an attempt to overthrow the inherited orthodoxy of Western Christianity which the Roman Church largely embodied,2 and, not surprisingly, the reformers all considered themselves good Catholics.

Free US Shipping is for packages within the United States. Packages are typically shipped USPS Media Mail or the most economical method available. Because of Shopify we are now able to offer some alternative shipping methods at discounted prices (we didn't previously have access to these shipping discounts).
International Shipping Alternative
Canadian residents: If you are able to have your package shipped just over the border in the US and pick it up, you will be able to take advantage of the free shipping or cheaper shipping options.
