Shipping Information for Products

Please allow 5-10 business days for standard shipping.

Please allow 10-20 business days (some countries can take up to a month to deliver packages).

Please check your tracking information. 

Tracking information will be sent to you via the email or SMS number you provided.

You can track all your packages in your Account under the Order tab.

Free US Shipping is for packages within the United States.

Packages are typically shipped USPS Media Mail or the most economical method available. Because of Shopify we are now able to offer some alternative shipping methods at discounted prices (we didn't previously have access to these shipping discounts).

If you are able to have your package shipped just over the border in the US and pick it up, you will be able to take advantage of the free shipping or cheaper shipping options.

Chalcedon products can be purchased from Australian companies Koorong and Light Educational Ministries.
