Wholesale Terms

We offer wholesale discounts to libraries, bookstores, stores, churches, schools and ministries. If you are unsure if you apply in any of these categories please contact us: store@chalcedon.edu

Wholesale Contact Information

We require both billing and shipping address (may be the same), phone number, email address and seller’s permit number/tax id number for your business.

Ordering Information

We do not have a minimum quantity on wholesale orders.
Wholesalers get 50% off most items. (see below)
Wholesale accounts include schools, libraries, churches, book tables, bookstores, retail stores and retail websites. Please ask if you are unsure about whether or not you qualify for the wholesale pricing.
Wholesalers can order via: phone, fax, email or through their online wholesale account.

*Some items are not eligible for the 50% discount which will be reflected in the price on the site. Digital items will be given the same discount which is available for regular customers.

Shipping and Handing

Shipping

Actual cost plus handling (see Handling). This will be included on your bill.
Shipping charge is calculated by the weight, location, and shipping method.
Orders may be shipped USPS or UPS as requested by receiver.
Tracking information will be sent to email addresses attached to orders (may vary with International orders).
You can have a freight company pick up your order. Be advised we do not have a loading dock and a lift gate will be required on all freight trucks.
We DO NOT ship FedEx due to problems with pick up.
All orders being sent to locations outside the US will be sent US Mail or will be shipped to a freight company of choice.
No shipping charge to orders if receivers UPS number is used. (This option can’t be used on the website.)

Handling

3.5% handling fee, minimum handling fee $1.50
Orders $1000 or more 1.5% handling fee. (Not applicable on web orders.)

Payments

When purchasing via email, phone or fax; we ask that your first order be paid up front.
Payments may be in the form of credit card, check, or money order. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
Net 30: US customers.
Net 60: International customers.
No consignment.
You may continue to pay when you place your order or we can invoice you. Invoicing is only available with orders placed by mail, email, phone or fax.There is no invoicing capabilities through the online store.
We request all orders outside of the US be prepaid by credit card.

Returns

Please inform us of your return via orders@chalcedon.edu or send a fax to 209-736-0536. Authorization of return in required and will be processed from the date the request is sent.

We accept returns within 120 days. Items eligible for returns must be new, unused, and contain all original product packaging and accessories (i.e., no stickers or price tags of any kind). We do not accept out of stock items unless they fall within the 120 day returns window.
Items arriving damaged will result in a charge of the product’s cost in addition to our restocking fee (see below).
A credit will be issued once the returned item(s) have been received.
Returns will be refunded in the form of a credit on account unless a refund payment is requested, or credit card was used.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We charge a restocking fee of 20%.

50% Discount does not apply to specially discounted sets. These sets can be added to your cart and a wholesale price for the individual items within the set will be reflected in the price added to your cart.

All digital items are full price and not discounted for wholesalers but will get any current sale being offered.
